Karl Lagerfeld ist Drehbuchautor und Regisseur des Kurzfilms "The Tale of a Fairy", in dem Chanel die Cruise Kollektion 2011/2012 präsentiert. Gestern fand die Premiere des Films im Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc statt, an der Côte d'Azur zwischen Cannes und Nice, am Cap d’Antibes. Für die Öffentlichkeit war bisher nur ein Trailer des Films zu sehen, der schon verrät, dass unter anderem Anna Mouglalis, Amanda Harlech, Freja Beha, Baptiste Giabiconi und Mark Vanderloo mitspielen. Heute Abend wird es dann spannend: Ab 21 Uhr werden wir den ganzen Film auf der Homepage des Labels anschauen können. Ich bin sehr gespannt, der Trailer verrät nämlich nicht allzu viel. Karl Lagerfeld jedenfalls beschreibt seine neuste Produktion als Film über den falschen Gebrauch mit Geld, der mit Gewalt beginnt und mit Gefühl endet...
Karl Lagerfeld is the screenwriter and director of the short film "The Tale of a Fairy", which presents the new Chanel Cruise collection 2011/2012.Yesterday the premiere of the movie took place at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, on the Côte d'Azur, between Cannes and Nice, at the Cap d’Antibes. For the public there is only a trailer available, that reveals some of the participating actors, like Anna Mouglalis, Amanda Harlech, Freja Beha, Baptiste Giabiconi and Mark Vanderloo. But this evening is going to be exciting: at 9.00pm GMT we can watch the whole movie on the label's website. I am really curious about it because the trailer doesn't reveal much. Anyway, Karl Lagerfeld descries his newest psoduction as a short film "about an ill-advised use of money which begins with violence and ends with feeling"...
