Picknick am Fuße des Eiffelturms / Picnic at the Eiffel Tower's feet

Unseren ersten Tag in Paris ließen wir Freitag Abend am Fuße des Eiffelturms ausklingen. Während die Sonne langsam immer tiefer stand und der Eiffelturm endlich anfing zu funkeln, saßen wir zwischen jungen Leuten aus aller Welt, streckten die Beine aus, tranken Wein und aßen Käse und Baguette....mmmmmh! Zwischen all den Menschen entdeckte ich auf einmal die beste Freundin meiner Mutter und ihre Tochter aus Madrid und unser Picnic wurde für eine halbe Stunde größer. So klein ist die Welt!! Gefreut habe ich mich auch über ein total süßes Brautpaar, dass sich vor dem Eiffelturm ablichten ließ. Sehr romantisch, wenn man mal von den tausenden Leuten drum herum absieht! ;)

       We let our first evening in Paris cozily come to a close at the Eiffel Tower's feet. While the sun became very low in the sky and the Eiffel Tower finally started to sparkle, we sat between a lot of young peolple from all over the world, streched our legs, drank wine and ate cheese with baguette....mmmmh! Between all the people I suddenly disovered my mom's best friend from Madrid with her daughter and our picnic became bigger for half an hour. It's a small world!! I was also glad when we saw a bridal couple, shooting photos infront of the Eiffel Tower. Very romantic if you forget about the thousands of people around them! ;)
